Code Review

1. Find a task for another developer with the Ready for Peer Review status.
2. Move it into the In Review status
3. Add a checklist item for "code review"
4. Follow the code review checklist when reviewing the code.
5. If issues are found with the code, move it back to the In Development stage.
6. Once all issues have been resolved, merge the pull request.
